Field records
that hold up

GridTally is field operations software for crews that work away from an office. Technicians clock in and out at the job site, the time is GPS-verified where it happened, and the hours come out the other end as a payroll-ready record instead of a stack of paper tickets.

What GridTally does FORM 001

Clock in and out

Technicians start and end a shift from a phone at the job site. Forgotten clock-outs are caught automatically instead of turning into a payroll argument on Friday.

GPS-verified site time

Shift time is recorded with the location it happened at, so hours billed to a project can be tied back to the site. Location capture is disclosed to the technician and is controlled by their employer's administrator.

Timesheets and payroll export

Weekly timesheets, paid time off, and expenses collect in one place and export in a payroll-ready format, so the office is not rebuilding the week from memory.

Who it is for FORM 002

GridTally is built for construction, materials-testing, civil, and field-services companies whose people work away from an office — technicians driving between job sites, filling out a paper field book in a truck, and handing the office a stack of tickets at the end of the week. It is designed around that day, not around a desk.

GridTally is not open self-service signup: accounts are provisioned by an administrator at the company that uses it, and each company's records are kept separate from every other company's. If you run a field crew and want to look at it, get in touch.

Text messages we send FORM 003

GridTally sends operational text messages to enrolled users only — the field employees whose accounts were created by their employer's administrator. Messages cover shift and clock-in reminders, missing-timesheet nudges, and schedule changes.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Users opt in inside the app before any message is sent, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and users can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

Full program details, including what consent we collect and how to stop messages, are on the messaging terms page. How we handle the underlying data is covered in the privacy policy.
